Sorry for disappearing for a while... I was busy listing auctions on eBay and it was taking up my entire weekend!!! Anyways, here I am and once again I'm here to proclaim my new found love for ballet flats hahaha!
Apparently flats are huge now shoe stores are FLOODED with different interpretations of the classic ballet flats. And I have to say the sparkly ones have really caught my eyes :D Like, with these shoes, say, the Miu Miu glitter flats, I can wear a plain black top and dark blue jeans and my outfit would still look interesting. These are my favorite picks for the past 2 seasons. And I think this whole flats trend is totally here to stay =)

I love these Marc Jacobs but they look totally horrid on me :'( - I think they make my legs look stubbier than they already are! *sob* But on some people they look TOTALLY gorgeous. Life is so unfair. Urgh.
Moving on, this is the non-sparkly version of the previous flats. I love the fleshy pink - they look like real ballerina flats :D
I just love these Miu Mius... I bought a pair of lookalikes from Urban Soul to test-drive the style since I'd never owned any flats in my entire life (not including sneakers). My ones look almost identical to this pair although mine are in silver. They are my favorites!!!! And IF I could still find these Miu Mius in shops I'd snap them up in a heartbeat!
Grace Kelly looked all class and style in a pair of ballet flats :)

wow, the miu miu's are great but what could you possibly wear with them?
plenty actually! hehehe... like a velvety black sweater that i have... or a white cotton camisole teamed with a gray knitted cropped jacket... or a gray off-the-shoulder sweater. they look great with both dark jeans and black cords. etc etc... the possibilities are endless really hehehe!
yes, the miu mius are gorgeous. they could glam up an ordinary outfit like jeans and a plain white shirt.
i love ballet flats! there are too many to choose from too.
